Thank you for your interest and support of the City to Sea event. We are going to have to postpone the event to a later date. This decision was made after a review of rising Covid-19 cases and the high positivity rate in Charleston County. Our primary goal is to ensure a safe living and working environment for the residents and staff in our communities of care.
We are already in conversations with our event partners to identify a new date. When we have that information, we will update this page. We are hopeful that in the time between now and then we can see a drop in the cases and positivity rate so we can gather safely.
City to Sea is a celebration of the long history the Lutheran Homes of South Carolina Foundation and Franke at Seaside have had serving older adults and Hospice patients here in the Low Country. We look forward to celebrating with you, as we get closer to celebrating 130 years of ministry and raising funds to continue our important work.
Thank you for your understanding.
